TEACHING & LECTURING

Good teaching makes room for curiosity.

As a teacher, I make complex ideas and research accessible, foster critical thinking and genuine discussion, and create a learning environment where curiosity can flourish. I teach across university, executive-education, and organizational settings, with expertise spanning organizational culture and leadership, gender and diversity, political science and international relations, and social-science research and academic practice.

What I teach

My teaching draws on an interdisciplinary background spanning political science, organizational research, gender and diversity, and social-science methods. Alongside my academic work, I draw on nearly a decade of applied research, consulting, commissioned studies, and training with organizations. I am particularly interested in helping students see how academic theories and evidence connect to the institutions, organizations, and social structures that shape their lives.
