I respect your privacy and handle personal information with care. This statement explains what information may be collected when you visit this website or contact me, why it is collected, and how it is used.

Who is responsible for your information?

This website and the services described on it are operated by Nora Keller, based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.

Information you provide

If you contact me through the website, I collect the information you choose to provide. The contact form asks for your name, email address, the type of support you are interested in, and a brief description of what you are working on.

I use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand what kind of support you are looking for, and discuss possible next steps. If we subsequently work together, additional information may be collected and processed as necessary to provide the agreed services and administer our working relationship.

The contact form is intended for people aged 18 or older. If a prospective student is under 18, I ask that a parent or guardian make the initial inquiry.

Website analytics

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects certain information about visitors in order to operate the website and provide website analytics. This may include information about your browser, network and device, your IP address, the pages you visit, referring pages, clicks and other information about how you use the site.

I use this information in aggregate to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and usability. I do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function and may use additional cookies for analytics. Where consent is required, non-essential cookies are restricted unless you choose to accept them through the cookie banner. You can change your cookie preferences using the cookie controls provided on the website.

How your information is handled

I use personal information only where there is an appropriate legal basis for doing so. Depending on the circumstances, this may include taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, performing an agreement with you, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate business interests, or relying on your consent where consent is appropriate.

I do not sell your personal information.

I use service providers that are necessary to operate my website and business. In particular, Squarespace provides the website and contact-form infrastructure, and Google Workspace is used for business email and related business administration. Personal information may therefore be processed by these providers on my behalf in accordance with their applicable data-protection arrangements.

How long information is kept

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, and meeting applicable legal or administrative requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Testimonials

Testimonials are published only with the individual's permission. Where a testimonial is attributed, I aim to use limited identifying information, such as a first name and initial, unless the individual has agreed otherwise.

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to request access to or correction of your information, request deletion or restriction of its use in certain circumstances, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
